How do I place an order?
Shopping at Mummy’s Online is easy and secure! Placing an online order requires just a few steps:
- Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Add to Cart button from either the quick view or product detail page.
- You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
- Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the prompts to check out.
You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.
Mummy’s Online are unable to process telephone orders.
Mummy’s Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. At our own sole discretion, may limit or cancel quantities purchased by a single person, shipping/billing address, or per order. If your order is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided at time of order placement. We reserve the right to prohibit or limit sales to dealers, resellers, and distributors.
Mummy’s Online accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards as a form of payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made, if you wish to return an item, please follow our returns policy.
Can I leave items in my shopping bag and are they reserved?
If you have made an account with us, then any items you place in your basket will remain there if you have logged in. The items will then stay in your basket if you logout.
However, the items are not reserved for you until you checkout. Until then products can still be purchased by another customer, so it is possible the items may have sold by the time you checkout.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have made a mistake with your address so we are able to change it for you. However, please be aware that once your order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a different address. It is your responsibility to provide the correct information when placing the order.
We send an e-mail confirmation for every order. You should receive this within 10 minutes. If you do not, please contact us.
If you have set up an account with Mummysonline.com you can sign in to check your order status. If you do not have an account, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive notification that includes tracking information.

Trouble logging in
This happens when your e-mail address and/or the password was entered incorrectly or when your account has been deleted.
If you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly when creating an account, you won’t receive a confirmation e-mail, therefore your correct details will not be recognised next time you try to sign in.
If you think this might be the case, please contact us with your name and e-mail and we will solve the problem for you.
If you have forgotten your password enter your e-mail address here and your password will be e-mailed to you.

VAT stands for Value Added Tax. The current UK rate is 20%.
VAT is a tax that you pay when you buy goods in the European Union (EU), including the United Kingdom. It does not apply to children’s clothing, children’s shoes, and books. Where it applies, VAT is included in the price of the goods, not added at checkout.
Delivering outside the EU
Deliveries sent to customers who live outside of the European Union do not have to pay VAT. We remove the VAT value of 20% from all non-EU orders. This is shown clearly in your shopping basket when you checkout.
Delivering within the EU
Children’s clothing, shoes and books do not have include VAT. Where VAT does apply, it is included in the price of the products and will be clearly itemised in your shopping bag.
We currently accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo.
Please note we do not accept bank transfers, cheques or Western Union payments.
What is the CVV?
The CVV offers you increased protection against credit card fraud online.
The CVV is the last 3 numbers printed on the signature strip on the back of the credit card.
If your Credit Card has been declined it may be due to the following:
You have inputted the number, date or security code (CVV) incorrectly.
The name and address does not match the address the Bank has on file for you.
Your Bank have refused it for security reasons.
There may not be enough funds to cover the payment.
If this problem arises, you need to contact your bank to resolve.
What currencies do you accept?
Mummys Online currently only accepts payment in British Pounds.
Payments on Mummys Online are completely secure and private and we do not hold any of your payment information.
All payments are processed using SagePay, a leading online secure payment gateway. In addition to all transactions being encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, SagePay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.
Whenever you see a padlock symbol on your webpage (check the bottom or top corners) or when your URL address begins with https:// it means that SSL is enabled and protecting your data.

We will arrange for your order to be delivered to the delivery address given at checkout.
Orders placed before 2.30pm will be dispatched same day, after 2.30pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Our UK standard delivery is a first class recorded delivery service.
UK standard deliveries should reach you in within 3 working days.
UK next day delivery orders have to be placed before 2.30pm Mon to Thurs.
European/International deliveries are sent using the International Signed For service.
International deliveries should reach you within 7 -14 working days depending on destination.

In a re saleable condition.
Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item.
If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know by email and provided the item is in stock we will be happy to send the replacement out to you once the original items have been received back.
A full refund will be given for goods that meet the above conditions excluding postage.

We are an authorized retailer of all the brands we sell and all products are 100% authentic. They are sourced directly from the brands and we guarantee every item.
How do I know which items are in stock?
All items shown on the website are in stock.
Customers with a Mummys Online account can also sign up to the waiting list for a product – simply select your size and click ‘Request Item’. When it becomes available, you will receive an e-mail from us.
